Return & Refund Policy – STÜT

1. Eligibility

• Returns and exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags

attached.

• Sale/discounted items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

2. Return Process

1. Contact us at support@stutwear.com or WhatsApp +971-562134028 within 7 days.

2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

3. We’ll arrange pickup or guide you on drop-off.

4. Once inspected, we’ll confirm your exchange or refund.

3. Refunds

• Processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days after approval.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless item is faulty or incorrectly delivered.

• Discounted Items will be recalculated on additional items when bought in a bundle. 

4. Exchanges

• Allowed for size or product swaps (subject to stock availability).

• If the new item is higher priced, you will pay the difference.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• Report within 48 hours of delivery.

• We will replace the item at no additional cost.
