DELIVERY POLICY

We deliver our Products to all Countries and mainly UAE. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier.

• UAE: 1–2 working days. Flat rate AED 10.
• International: 4–10 working days. Fees shown at checkout.
• Proof of Delivery: Customer signature/confirmation required.
• Provide full address and contact details to avoid delays.

REFUND POLICY

• Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank.
• Eligible if product is damaged, faulty, or incorrect. Contact support before returning.

RETURN POLICY

Returns accepted within 7 days of receipt if packaging unopened or products are damaged/wrong item.

• Items must be untampered, sealed, in original packaging.
• Return via registered courier; Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.
• We may refuse returns if used/tampered.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Customer can cancel within 24 hours; refunds to the original payment method. Allow up to 45 days for refund to complete. Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.
